Benedictine is a liqueur with a strength of 40% alc produced in France, which is prepared according to a secret recipe from 27 types of herbs and spices collected from all over the world. It is usually served straight with ice or in cocktails.

White Rum

White rum is a strong alcoholic beverage, obtained by fermenting cane syrup and molasses. Usually white rum is aged in oak barrels from 4 to 6 months, and to maintain the white color it is subsequently filtered. As a rule it is used in cocktails like Mojito, Daiquiri, Pina Colada etc.

Golden rum is the rum that ages in oak barrels, usually 1-2 years, which is then not filtered to preserve the color. Gold rum has a stronger taste and aroma than white rum and is ideally suited to the classic Cuba Libre cocktail.

Black rum is a strong alcoholic beverage that is produced from the juice of sugar cane (molasses) in which water and yeast are added for fermentation, it ages in oak barrels longer compared to other types of rum (White Rum, Gold Rum , Spiced Rum), which gives it a dark hue and a rich aroma.

Blanco Tequila

Blanco Tequila (Silver) is a traditional Mexican alcoholic beverage produced from agave fruit in a proportion of at least 51%. The strength usually is 38-40% vol. alcohol. The juice of the fruit is boiled under pressure, fermented and then double distilled. This type of tequila is colorless and does not been aged.

Gold Tequila
